1. Agreement to Terms
Welcome to Safe V. These Terms of Service (“Terms”), together with our Privacy Policy and any additional policies referenced herein (collectively, the “Terms”), govern your access to and use of www.safev.us (the “Site”) and the services, features, promotions, credits, content, applications, and products offered through the Site (collectively, the “Services”).
The Services are operated by GSD Solutions Group LLC (“Safe V,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing or using the Services in any manner—including browsing, creating an account, placing an order, enrolling in a subscription, or submitting content—you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not access or use the Services.
2. About Safe V
Safe V develops and sells feminine hygiene and intimate care products via one-time purchases and, where offered, subscription plans. Safe V may also offer loyalty or rewards programs and other customer benefits as part of the Services.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, the Site and Services are intended for users located in the United States, and Safe V currently ships only within the United States.
3. Eligibility
The Services are not intended for individuals under 16 years of age. By using the Services, you represent that you are at least 16 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction). We may refuse service to anyone at any time.
4. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms at any time. Changes are effective upon posting and apply to future use. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

You may not use the Services unlawfully, impersonate others, introduce malicious code, scrape content, or interfere with Site functionality.

You are responsible for content you submit. Safe V may remove content and you grant Safe V a license to use submissions.

Safe V is not responsible for third-party sites or content.
9. User Accounts
You are responsible for account security. We may disable accounts that violate these Terms.
10. Ordering, Delivery, Payments, and Billing
Orders are subject to acceptance. Prices, taxes, and shipping fees are disclosed at checkout. Products are for personal use only.
11. Auto-Renewals and Subscriptions
Subscriptions renew until canceled. Fees paid are non-refundable unless required by law.
12. Feedback and Suggestions
Suggestions may be used by Safe V without compensation.
13. Disclaimers
Safe V products are not medical advice. Services are provided “AS IS” without warranties.
14. Limitation of Liability
Safe V is not liable for indirect or consequential damages to the extent permitted by law.
15. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify Safe V for claims arising from misuse.
16. Assignment
You may not assign these Terms without consent. Safe V may assign freely.
17. Coupon Codes
Coupons have no cash value and may expire.
18. Force Majeure
Safe V is not liable for events beyond reasonable control.
19. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by New York law.
20. Disputes, Arbitration, and Class Action Waiver (JAMS)
Disputes are resolved by binding individual arbitration under JAMS. Jury trials and class actions are waived. A 30-day opt-out applies.
21. Notices
Notices may be provided via email, account dashboard, or other means.
22. Severability; Entire Agreement; No Waiver
If any provision is unenforceable, the remainder remains in effect.
