Shipping Rates & Eligibility
- Free Standard Shipping on all U.S. orders over $60 USD (before taxes, discounts, promo codes, or reward credits).
- Orders under $60 USD are subject to a standard ground shipping fee of $7.99 USD.
- East Coast deliveries may incur a shipping fee of $9.99 USD, depending on carrier zones.
- Orders weighing 3 lbs or more may incur a shipping fee of $9.99 USD.
- Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Pacific Islands are subject to a $15 USD shipping fee.
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and carrier availability.
Order Processing
- Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.
- Orders placed before the daily cutoff are typically fulfilled and shipped the next business day.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Delivery Times
- Standard shipping typically takes 4–5 business days from the date the order ships.
- During peak seasons, delivery may take 4–8 business days.
- Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
Expedited Shipping
- Safe V does not offer expedited shipping through SafeV.us.
- Faster delivery options may be available via Amazon for eligible products.
Shipping Locations
- Shipping is available only within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii.
- International shipping is not available at this time.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY
Due to the intimate and hygienic nature of Safe V products:
- All sales are final.
- Returns or exchanges are not accepted once delivered.
- This policy protects the health and safety of our customers.
If you experience an issue with your order, please contact us within 30 days of purchase.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
REFUNDS POLICY
If an order issue is approved after review:
- Refunds are issued as store credit only.
- Store credit does not expire.
- Refunds to the original payment method are not provided, except where required by law.

REPLACEMENTS & PACKAGE PROTECTION
Safe V offers optional package protection at checkout through a third-party provider. Eligible cases include lost, stolen, or damaged packages.
If approved, the provider may replace the product or refund the item cost (excluding shipping and taxes).
Package protection is optional and may be deselected at checkout.
